Fixed replay demonstrating agent editing, semantic diffing, and cryptographic integrity verification.

## Walkthrough Steps
1. **Edit clause by node ID**: Patch `contract.clause_4` by stable node id.
2. **Semantic diff**: Inspect semantic changes in JSON tree rather than coordinate hacks.
3. **Relock to UNSIGNED**: Engine recompiles layout and sets banner to **UNSIGNED**.
4. **Human Signature (Trust Pack)**: A human signs the lock (**SIGNED**).
5. **Agent Relock**: Further agent edits relock and revert status to **UNSIGNED**.
6. **Tampering Detection**: Tampering raw content without engine relock is reported as **SIGNED_BUT_BROKEN** on [/verify](/verify).
