The design employs a lively, hand-drawn style with a bright overall color palette. The background is a highly saturated cyan-green. Centered on the background is a white rectangular area framed with a thin orange border, which serves as the main content area. Scattered in the upper-left, upper-right, lower-right, and lower-left corners of the white area are several yellow, four-pointed star decorative elements; these stars have slightly hand-drawn edges to add whimsy to the visual. In the upper-left portion of the white area, there is a slanted orange rectangular block containing white, rounded, handwritten text. In the center of the main content area, there are two lines of prominent, bold, orange handwritten font with a rugged, energetic brushstroke. Immediately following these are one line of smaller, slanted orange handwritten text. In the bottom-left of the white area, there are two lines of orange handwritten text; the first line is bold, and the second line is regular weight. In the bottom-right corner, there is a hand-drawn megaphone illustration: the megaphone body is yellow, the speaker cone edge is pink, the handle is orange, the grip section is yellow, and the fingernails are painted red. To the left of the megaphone, there is a dark blue, jagged sound wave effect; the entire illustration has an irregular edge and a strong brushstroke texture. The entire design creates a relaxed and engaging visual effect through the contrast of bright colors, hand-drawn typography, and illustrations.
